Description

Schluter® SCHIENE -STEP is a finishing and edge profile for ceramic tiles and natural stone installations on countertops, stairs, and tile-over-tile walls. The top of the profile features a vertical section that provides a finished look and protects the tile from damage, while the vertical flange covers the edge of the subassembly, the top of the riser, or the existing wall edge.
It prevents tiles from chipping.
The grooved vertical wing covers the edge of the countertop subassembly or the top of the stair riser.
An integrated joint spacer creates a defined joint cavity between the tile and the profile (only in the anodized aluminum version)
The “T” configuration of the profile effectively finishes and protects the edges of both new and existing tiles.
