Description
Guide rail kit for Liberty LE40 and LE50 series sewage pumps and basin systems. Rail kit allows for easy removal of a pump from the bottom of the basin for service/replacement – without disconnecting pipes, unscrewing bolts, etc. These kits are commonly used in deep and/or narrow basins, where the pump is out of reach and cannot be easily lifted up. Rail kit is installed at the bottom of the basin (collection tank) and is secured in place with a 1-1/4″ NPT threaded pipe (which acts as a guiding rail) to prevent it from moving. It also provides pump offset from the bottom of the basin to facilitate its’ proper operation and prevent clogging with foreign objects (nails, stones, glass, etc.). Discharge size is 2″ FNPT.
